My stay at Villa San Michele was a perfect way to start my trip around Tuscany. The atmosphere felt calming and traditional, with a lovely old historical building that had been beautifully refurbished. The large high ceiling room and bathroom were a delight, and the canopy bed was comfortable and inviting. The breakfast selection was not very large, but all the items were of good quality, including the groceries, cheese, and fruits. The new swimming pool in the garden was a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. The staff, especially one dedicated member, were friendly and made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this unique and charming hotel.

It is a romantic hotel with an awesome view of the surrounding hills. the double room is cool and well-equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a study table. - the location is stunning and gorgeous. - the staff are welcoming.

Gorgeous old villa in a great location, quick motorway access but close to Lucca. Calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful stay. Reasonably priced with comfortable beds. Lovely terrace for evening drinks and breakfast. Stunning views and delicious food at the restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious and clean rooms with a nice shower. Great music at breakfast and dinner. Safe and peaceful environment. A place to feel at home. Helpful and gentlemanly staff member. Would definitely stay again.

The suite had a safe box, minibar, and sofa bed. the bathroom was nicely designed with a bidet. the bed was great and the location was excellent, set back in a beautiful wooded area. the hotel was close to a lovely garden, the outskirts of Lucca, and Pisa.

Dining outdoors for dinner was a treat. the setting was beautiful, just a 10-15 minute stroll from Chiesa di Sant'ambrogio. 🌅

Not obvious to find, so arriving at the hotel may be a challenge for those unfamiliar with the area.

Had an amazing weekend surrounded by nature. the food and wine were just lovely. We enjoyed dining outside, and the views were incredible! Staff was very friendly and efficient, making our stay even more memorable. the shower facility was fantastic with lovely hot water. the hotel grounds were safe and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway place.

Would have been great if the internet was a bit stronger inside the room. not much offer for breakfast and dinner.
